I have worked at various times for Lindquist & Vennum. The firm was originally set up to provide legal services for companies that had recently been acquired. The firm also represented the acquiring company on any potential legal issues that came up. The firm was always friendly and helpful. The firm was always very organized and efficient. While I was never a client, I can see how a small company could use this type of legal help. Nothing really. The firm was always very efficient and organized.
