Review on 💆 Homedics NMSQ-210 Neck Shoulder Massager by Jaime Alonso

We've had one of these before that stopped working so we knew what to expect from this new one and it lived up to those expectations. However, I was surprised by a few things: (1) when we received the item, it was clear that it had been opened due to a torn tape on the box; and when i opened the box, the item wasn't even in a plastic bag, everything was just thrown in the box. To be honest I can't help but wonder if it was used and returned due to a stain on the front, but it smelled like new and worked fine. (2) There is a zipper on the back of the item for inserting batteries - the zipper has two pulls, one of which is broken, and the zipper itself cannot be fully opened. But it opens up enough and doesn't jeopardize the job. For all that, none of these issues were enough for me to return it. I'm glad he exists. I just thought you should know what I experienced.
