Review on The Jacobson Group by Jacob Ferrarini

I enjoyed working for this organization because it was very professional in all aspects of its business practices as well as giving me an opportunity that is rare these days - flexibility! There were times when my schedule would change without advance notice so there are some things you can't control but they did their best overall through each situation. They also hired people who weren’t really qualified or trained at certain positions which caused problems down stream during implementation (e.g., having someone fill out paperwork incorrectly). It's important for companies like ours not only hiring quality employees/professionals but providing them opportunities outside what may be expected within our own environment too. We had staff members come into us where prior experience wasn't necessarily required nor desired by management; however once given those responsibilities, performed exceptionally above expectations.
