These refurbished wagons are moody at best and useless at worst. Every time my printer (ip2702) turns on it tells me that the cartridge is not recognized. So I take it out, wipe the contacts with a clean microfiber cloth, and plug it back in. Prints well enough. Every time it makes me do it Never had a problem with Canon trolleys. And after 3 prints, the black basket shows there is only 1/2 ink left. I will also not change my rating to a higher rating for a refund.
