My 17 year old son loves this shirt for outdoor workouts in cooler weather, and by cooler in our area we mean mid 70's. Too cool for him to wear his usual sleeveless training gear but not cold enough to throw on a hoodie or jacket in this weather, this shirt is perfect for him. This keeps him warm enough to be comfortable but also dry when he starts sweating. He says it's very comfortable and doesn't restrict his range of motion at all. It also doesn't stick to his body, so he doesn't feel weird running around the neighborhood or doing yoga by the pool with it. He's been wearing it quite a bit lately so I can say he loves it. Looks good and washes out easily. Definitely good workout clothes.
