UPDATE: DOES NOT SUPPORT dual monitor headphone jack, does not work
I have tried several different cables and monitors with the settings shown in the pictures. I'm a fairly technical user and I'm computer savvy. This product is defective and I don't have $100 and I still only have one monitor. ****UPDATE***** 4URPC NOW added a disclaimer that this will NOT work with M1 MacBook Air computers, so I think I now know why it's not working. Even after 1 week of use, a short circuit occurred in the headphone jack. When I plug in an HDMI dongle, it doesn't support that either.
