So far, all is well with magnetic chargers. I've only tried Micro-USB, but other than bouncing back when you pull the cable, they're great. The magnets are surprisingly strong. Regarding adapter exit issues and breakages that people have, I did myself a favor and just used a few dabs of hot glue to hold the adapter securely in place and haven't had a single issue so far. I bought these because my 5 year old ruins his regular charger for his tablet and prevents him from breaking wire after wire. It also has a blue light ring that glows all the time so you can find your charger in the dark.
