Excellent Rechargeable Tealights

These tealights are perfect for creating a flickering flame atmosphere. I am very happy with them. I bought a set of 12 which came with a charger, charging cable and 12 frosted mugs but no remote control. The charging cable is a USB cable, but it doesn't come with an outlet adapter, so you'll need to provide one yourself (or plug it into something that charges USB devices). The only thing to note is that if you focus on the lights it's pretty obvious that the flicker effect is artificial and a bit stroboscopic as it changes from one brightness to another. I see some reviews complaining a lot about this, but to me, as soon as I'm not actively and directly looking at the lights, but instead see them around or in the background, my brain immediately perceives them as real flames. So much so that several times I started reaching for something on the tea lights and instinctively pulled my hand away so as not to burn them before remembering they were electronic. turn them off when they're fully charged, so you can't tell when they're fully charged. But I just leave them on all day or overnight and assume it's fine. Once charged I'm very impressed with how long they last. In winter, it gets dark around 4 p.m. There have been a few times that I've turned on the light at dusk, left it on overnight, and the next day at 7am they still had a faint flickering life inside them (when the charge runs low they start to dim). .
