I really liked this bag when I received it. It's thin but a good size with a good length on the shoulder straps. Exactly what I expected for the price and I was very happy with my purchase. I recently had surgery and use this bag to carry things up and down everyday. Please note that due to the surgery I am unable to lift more than 10lbs. I have 2 small prescription bottles, my phone and iPad, headphones and a 12 ounce leak proof mug. The inner layer of material diverges along the top seam. I'm so pissed. I wanted to contact the seller to see if they would provide a replacement but I can't find a way to get in touch with them. I hope this is just a defective item and not a representation of the bulk of the bags. If not, I would definitely give this item 5 stars. EDIT AFTER YOU REACH SELLER. The seller refunded me $3 for the defective product (which I paid $14.99 for) and told me to buy another one. If you get a flawless one, it's a good bag. Good luck if you receive a defective one.
