Rugged, quiet and amazingly powerful little desktop fan! I bought this fan for my desktop because, like many office buildings, the temperature never freezes for some reason. I work in a cockpit so the noise level definitely bothered me. But this little fan fits snugly under my monitor and is almost completely silent on the lowest setting.
