Certainly not a gun or belt, but they will hold your shorts!
You are far from being military or tactical. But they are a good belt to hold up your shorts or pants. Hard plastic, let's see how it turns out. They're made of very thin nylon and will easily fit in a phone pocket, but anything heavier will be too big for the strap to hold securely and vertically on your belt. The holstered My M&P Shield easily overloads the belt and sends the gun flying out of my body. Fair casual strap, you can bet on that. I like em.Tactical or Military no. Tactical or military style, kinda.
