doesn't wash well

I liked the bedspread when it arrived. The color is beautiful but when I washed it cold with All, Free and Clear the color started to bleed. I understand it looks like bleach stains but I don't have bleach so this is a factory issue that needs to be fixed. Too bad, I was initially very happy with this purchase.
