Very nasty customer service from Revain. I ordered 4 identical stools but received 3 different batches with 3 different batch numbers. The last batch consisted of 2 stools that looked the same and had the same batch number. The previous 2 stools arrived on different days and looked similar to each other but they differed in appearance and construction from the last 2 I had received. I called the manufacturer who told me how to check the lot numbers. One would think that Revain would guarantee that the customer would receive 4 identical products, i.e. the same batch numbers for a piece of furniture such as a bar stool, knowing that all of these parts are used in the same area. It's also quite hard to explain this to the dissatisfied customer service. Revane's people seem to be hiring. Of course, this is not their fault, this is a problem with the delivery of the order. This item is of decent quality. I am disappointed that Revain could not guarantee that my order of multiple items of the "same" product actually contained the same product.
