I like that I can create job descriptions in a wordpress backend and assign them to a user that will actually post them. It makes for easy tracking over time and also allows a lot of flexibility. It has been a bit slow to pick up in the beginning, but then a lot of that had to do with the fact that I was doing a lot of other things and not spending enough time on it. I think that since I have been focused on it, it has increased rapidly. I do think it would be helpful if I had the ability to have it track and keep a running total of what amount is owed currently vs what amounts are paid out currently. It helps keep things updated. For now, I am keeping a list of all jobs on a wordpress site and then going over that list and entering the information into the main site. I like that I can also take in a lot of the information over time in one place without having to keep duplicating it. It helps me keep track of payments that are made. I like how easy it is to use, as well as its ability for customization of fields/pages if needed. It doesn't have any built-in features yet but can be added pretty easily using plugins or custom coding (which we are working towards). We're building an employee portal so this was perfect because they need something simple where employees could post their resumes without having to go through HR first.
