If like me you're new to this, you may not know what "manual spray" means if your toilet doesn't have one Has . This means if nothing is connected to the downspout, the water will splash all over the floor on the first flush! My old vacuum interrupter had no open tube and no atomizer. A simple fix is a short piece of hose and a 1/2" screw as a plug; tighten the clamps and there will be no more leaks! The rest are very happy.
