The ability to use one tool for all my compliance needs, from GDPR requirements through HIPAA regulations is very powerful! There are some features I wish could be expanded upon but overall it's been great so far.

It would also helpful if they had more options/features in their reporting dashboards - i'd love an option where we can create custom reports or even export our own Excel spreadsheets with customized filters / sorting etc instead of using predefined templates like currently available via API integration (e.g., pulling specific metrics out). We have used other tools before which were not as flexible nor intuitive at solving various complex problems within different departments throughout our enterprise-wide org structure. This has helped us greatly by consolidating everything into 1 single platform.
