I personally would not buy anything from this store. A little taste of this story, I'm getting married in October and have bought 3 different versions of this scarf. The first one I got was quite fluffy and soft (exactly what I was looking for) but it was too dark for my dress. So I ended up leaving it because I liked it so much! I then ordered two more which will hopefully match my dress (in a lighter color). One never got to my house, although tracking says so (btw the company refuses to replace or refund it because it was "delivered" -_-). Anyway, the second came, but it looked dirty, like AF, the hair was of different lengths, the fur stood up in tufts, didn't pill, and part of the fur was singed all over the cloth. Now I'm trying to return an item and the return instructions are ridiculous and hard to understand. My advice? I would stay away from this seller and scarf, the quality is just unstable and the customer service sucks at best. I found an even better option elsewhere
