I go to the gym a couple times a week. I use the tricep rope cable the gym provides, but in the last couple months it has been hard to find. Either gym goers are taking them, or one or two gym goers are hogging them. I have had to pass on more than one occasion. Now, however, bringing my own has really been a huge benefit. I no longer have to wait my turn or interrupt another person's workout to ask to use it. This cable works exactly how I want it to. Now I just have to keep my eye on it as already a gym goer came to my station and grabbed it.thanks to the orange heads where I put my name, I can now stop others from taking it. Love this product for so many reasons.
