This is a great backpack to use as a personal item in flight. I packed it all up and it still fits under the seat of my AA plane. It has ratchet straps inside and opens like a suitcase. It also has straps on the outside to tighten the pack when closed. The carrying handle is comfortable, and the backpack shoulder straps are soft and comfortable. Has a decent amount of pockets and pockets. Packed full, the water bottle holder doesn't fit the water bottle very well; You cannot completely close the water bottle bag to fully secure it. It also has a cool pack compartment, which would be nice if you need to pack cold groceries, but I don't plan on using it for that. High quality cute functional backpack for backpack lovers like me!
