The main thing I like about this software is that it has a very friendly interface that is easy to navigate. It is also very easy to send a receipt for any email. I also like the fact that you can send an email with the receipt and not just a hard copy. There is nothing that I dislike about the program. The main issue I have is that I do not like that it defaults to having emails sent to a specific location and I have to go to each email and change it to be sent to the proper email. It is hard to send a receipt to an incorrect email address. It is also hard to make sure that all the emails you send that you receive a receipt for actually go to that email address. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to others. It definitely solves the problem of having to mail a hard copy of The service has been great so far! They have responded fast with any questions or concerns I've had along my journey through this process of getting an EVID certificate from them for GDPR compliance purposes in our organization (a hospital). It's hard because they're not very big-name companies out there but still provide excellent quality services at affordable rates compared other providers like NICEIC/NECC etc., If you want it done right then go ahead & give these guys try before u decide!
