When I first put these slippers on, I thought I was in heaven. They were incredibly comfortable, felt solid and well made. I work from home (also on my free time because of the coronavirus) so I wear slippers all day. Basically, these are my work shoes. These slippers were fantastic for the first 3-4 months but then I noticed the felt was thinning around my pinky toes. I confess that I have a particularly wide foot. Although I usually wear socks with my slippers, I started making sure I always did because I figured my nail might wear down the felt. Nevertheless, after a few months I had whole holes on both little fingers. A few months later I noticed holes in my big toes. The heels also burst, but that didn't bother me. I wrote to glerups to see if it was covered under warranty but never got a response. I have attached photos: 1. 02/02/2020 - New slippers2. 07/01/2020 - There is a hole on the little finger of the 3rd finger. 12/28/2020 - Big holes everywhere4. 03/06/2021 - Can you even wear them?5. 06/03/2021 - Another shot. The bottom line is that they are very pleasant in feel, feel and temperature, but not very durable. If you only wear slippers for about 30 minutes in the morning, these may be fine for you. However, if it's going to be your indoor shoes, then stay away. They are too expensive to wear out within 6 months or a year. Haflinger has a very similar, slightly rougher felt slipper that holds up a bit better. I got them about 2 years earlier and it was $40 cheaper.
