My cats hate the taste

This 'grain free' kibble for cats from Canadian brand Harlow is in many ways the worst premium kibble I've seen and it's almost a full bag at 7.5 Pound ended up in the trash can. The Harlow Blend clearly states Grain Free, Gluten Free and Non-GMO on the front and is an all-stage formula. Cats are pure carnivores, eating only meat, poultry, fish and dairy products. Some cats have digestive problems or allergic reactions to grains in cat food because it will never be part of their natural diet - it's usually included as a cheap filler because the meat is more expensive. Cat food is a bit deceptive and contains some ingredients that aren't technically grain but might as well be, but I don't know if I've ever seen a brand stretch the term grain-free as far as Harlow has. . Here are some of their ingredients: sweet potatoes, lentils, dried peas, flaxseed, dried fruits and vegetables: tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, blueberries, pumpkins, pears, apples, bananas, cranberries, spinach, and parsley powder. all of these can be a good addition to a person's diet; they have no nutritional value for cats; at best, these types of ingredients can be used to enhance flavor, but cats do not absorb vitamins or minerals from any food. these ingredients, even if the vitamins and minerals they contain are listed on the packaging. Also, all three of my cats absolutely hate the taste of Harlow Blend Fish Fusion dry food. I feed my cats (currently three) grain free. Leave wet food during the day and some dry food at night when I go to bed. The two brands I usually buy are Purina Pro Plan Grain Free and Tiki Cat Grain Free, but sometimes I give them another premium brand and usually by morning most of the kibble is gone. With Harlow Blend the next morning, their skins barely touch. The first night they ate very little, and the second or third night they ate nothing at all and were very hungry when I got up in the morning. If my cats really liked Harlow Blend, the misleading grain-free label would be a little easier to miss. but my cats love to eat and aren't particularly picky about their food, so the fact that all three really hate the taste probably doesn't bode well for other cat owners considering trying Harlow Blend.
