Review on VANYUST iPhone 7 Screen Replacement - LCD Display and Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly (White) - 4.7 inch - Includes Tool Kits by Leo Torres

So I went with this knowing it was going to be quite a difficult repair. The screen I replaced was badly damaged and everything I replaced it with was a HUGE upgrade. Screen quality is good and clear, viewing angles are poor and colors look a bit washed out, but again ANYTHING is better than a cracked screen with broken glass everywhere. The tools that come with it are useful, but they break. Specifically, 0.6 x 30mm Y (Tri-Leaf drivers). Apple likes to use these very small screws and unfortunately the tools were not suitable for these screws as I removed 2 of the 4 screws holding the bracket that covers the ports. (I'm a DIYer who doesn't give up! I desperately ripped the brackets out of my phone. I don't recommend it, I just wanted a work phone.) I can't move the "Home" button from the damaged screen because I've got all the Y -shaped (tri-wing) screws to get the bracket holding the home button out and move it safely.I currently have a broken home button that I used to fill the hole where the home button belongs. Other than that the phone works 100% and I would have no other choice! Overall great item great seller! Good price! The screen is good quality for the money although the tools could be better.
