Great way integrate various services into one
I like that it allows me access from any platform or device, including mobile apps! The documentation could be better for some of these APIs but overall they have been very helpful in integrating with them as well as providing support through their customer success team.
We are using this service along side other solutions such as Google Apps Scripts so we can send notifications via email when certain events come up within our system which helps us save time by not having to search each day ourselves if something comes across during business hours.
Pros
- Flexible integration
- Multiple platforms supported (mobile/web)
- Not too expensive compared against competitors services.
- Documentation is quite good although sometimes needs more examples
- Customer Success Team provides excellent guidance whenever there's an issue

- Almost everything is ok
