This is a highly reflective tape. It's also very bright in daylight. I've found this to be a great addition to my stroller and bike trailer. I have never seen a more reflective tape and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be more visible. As mentioned, this is NOT very good for small pipe applications as the tape is stiff and the edges tend to peel. However, I applied it to the stroller's 1 1/8 inch hose and, with the exception of one corner where my son's leg is, it stayed in place. A small dab of superglue fixed that problematic corner. All other details hold normally without glue. Also, it seems to be able to withstand different weather conditions well. Update 10/30/12: The tape was originally applied to the tubular frame of my stroller in the summer. All the pieces are still in place and with one exception I didn't have to use any glue or re-tape the tape in any way. The stroller is used daily in all weathers and I am very impressed with the quality of the strap. Tip for all-round adhesion on pipes with a smaller diameter: Cut the strips so short that they do not completely enclose the pipe. . This reduces tension on the ends and prevents the tape from peeling off.
