I liked the sound quality of the wireless headphones when using them. I liked her straight away. However, when it came time to charge them up, I had no idea how. The instructions weren't easy to follow due to the broken English, and I had to check Amazon's reviews and customer comments page to find that there is a plastic sheet on the bottom of each earbud that needs to be removed. There was also no indication of the need to charge it before use. When I talked to people, they said that my voice would sound far away or sometimes my voice would break. Ears hurt after wearing. The headphones were useful for about 2 hours or 2 hours and 10 minutes, after which they died. Charging was smooth and fast. I regret they didn't last longer (5-6 hours) and sound better to my ears because I really enjoyed this product. Hope that helps.
