I am giving this product 1 star because of false advertising. I have sensitive skin and acne. I was looking for a moisturizer that would suit my skin. This product has been reviewed on another site claiming that this product is suitable for sensitive skin and for men with acne. I checked the product description and the seller repeated these claims. I am satisfied that I ordered the product. I tried the product for a week and felt a painful burning sensation and a noticeable increase in acne. Then I checked the bottle and realized two things: First, this product is packed with oils. Second, this product contains one of the most painful astringents known to man: alcohol. This means the product is NOT suitable for sensitive skin and is NOT suitable for people with acne. Seller by definition, I hope you read this. There's a reason different products are marketed for different skin types. You can't just say your product is good for everyone and everything and use every catchphrase in the world to sell your product. Those words mean something. You can't claim that a product that contains a strong astringent is suitable for sensitive skin. Not for users with acne for whom acne treatment is part of their daily skincare routine. Do you have any idea what happens when a person moisturizes the skin with an astringent product after using an acne medication? It took almost two weeks for the swelling on my face to go down. Of course, I take some responsibility for not reading the ingredients list, but I shouldn't assume the seller is factually inaccurate in their description. I hope you change the way you promote this product which is probably great for the skin types it's actually intended for. As for me, I lost money on a product that I can't use because your description is wrong. I'm particularly angry and upset about this because your product was the first significantly higher priced skincare product I've looked at; It was a real investment for someone with my income. Please be more honest about what you sell in the future.
