I have a 24" Dell Inspiron model HA65Ns5-00 3475AIO All-in-One and a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-One. Both aggregates were fried during a storm. Although both power supplies look the same, 3.34A, 19V, 65W etc, they are not. When ordering these power supplies, look closely at the exact model number to ensure your power supply is listed. Papa Dell has embedded an identification code into the device so that only a specific device can be used without problems. For example, my 3475 does not recognize this power supply and will not boot. I ordered two and they work on my 7000 series.
