In daily use for more than three months. I'm suspicious of anything Velcro related because there is so much poor quality Velcro in many products that doesn't hold up after a few uses. This is NOT one of those products. The Velcro is still snug and secure, even after an estimated 100+ uses. I first bought it for shin splints and recovered from that, but I still use it on the same foot for daily running. The product looks and feels sturdy and durable. The overall quality of the product is high and the compression you can get from the bandage is as intense as you want - depending on how tight you pull the product over your shin.
