This is my favorite North/South Lug bag. I have 2 other lug pockets: 1 east/west and 1 north/south. I work in a hospital and have a decent 12-hour lunch, a jacket, an iPad, a large wallet, and I have room for more. The side pockets for a water bottle or an umbrella are very durable. It's comfortable and doesn't hurt my shoulder like some of my other lug convertible bags. The shoulder straps are perfect - not too short and not too long. Great organization without feeling like a black hole. I like it so much that I can get the 2.
