Affordable and disposable
They are affordable and disposable compared to [brand name] containers. They're also nearly watertight and fairly childproof, and if you reheat them with the lid tightly closed, they won't burst unless you apply strong pressure (not fun with soup/chili; don't forget to air!). I think it's unwise to heat cheap plastic with my food in it, so I only did it on very low settings and for short periods of time; I haven't reused anything I've reheated in the microwave. The parts I have reused have retained their good sealing for multiple openings. ***** I didn't rate this product when I first got it because I haven't used it yet, but now I'm back for more - that's 5 stars.
