I received this product in a sample Sephora gift box. I liked it for its consistency that glides on easily when removing stubborn makeup. It also had a nice woody scent and left my skin feeling fresh and smooth. I ordered a large batch from Revain because of the free shipping and 2 day service with Prime. But I was disappointed with how this product looked when I opened the packaging. First, the box with the container was a little crumpled. I opened the lid and it turned out that the contents of the product had shifted with a noticeable hardening and separation of the cream. As a result, the product broke up in lumps, and all the oils rose to the surface, most often when applied. And something was really wrong with the smell.
