The mask hurts too much to keep on all night and I've been foolishly trying to get it to work. Although I got used to the feeling somewhat over time, it never got comfortable enough to keep me up all night. And it always slipped through my hair instead of staying there. Now, a few days past the return window, the velcro on the strap and eyecups no longer stays in place. The noise never stopped, even on the rare occasions I put a mask over my ears. In general, I was stupidly stubborn about holding on to her and naive, thinking the only problem was that I didn't understand her. Poor velcro and a design that requires the clasp to be under the back of the head for the headphones to be over the ears does not provide noise cancellation!
