This nursing pillow isn't necessarily a turning point for me, but when I use it it's definitely good! When I had my first child I needed a lot more support than this arm pillow - I used Boppy all the time and used bigger arm support pillows when I didn't have Boppy with me. Now that I'm on baby #2 and breastfeeding is more natural and less stressful this time, this hand pillow is just the ticket. When a baby is running around I have to get up and walk around to feed my newborn and this hand pillow is perfect for that. Maybe that's true of a lot of second borns, or maybe it's just me. I also read a lot of reviews saying it's great for travel. Haven't used it for travel so can't confirm, although compared to the Boppy/etc. is very small so I think it would be great to use for travelling. The materials are soft and cute. Very comfortable to wear for mom and baby.
