I bought this for my daughter to attend a daddy-daughter "Princess for an Evening" fundraiser event and it was perfect. Yes, it came folded up in plastic, and the ruffles are not as they should be when you pull it out of the package (they appear to be too far apart, wrinkled, etc.) However, I simply hung it up on the back of the door for a little more than a week and the fabric settled and the ruffles were beautiful and there were absolutely zero problems. Didn't have to steam it or do anything but let it hang. We ordered the size 4 (120) and it fit my daughter perfectly who is tall but otherwise an average 4 year old (actually she wore this just a few days before she actually turned 4). My daughter did not complain of it being itchy and she was able to dance and jump and spin without stepping on the dress. I did trim a few long threads off, but otherwise the quality was great and the price was great and everyone loved it and I am very pleased with the purchase.
