Review on Oneida T837045A Lincoln 45 Piece Flatware Set - Timeless Elegance for Perfect Dining Experiences by Ashutosh Takumatla

I bought three of these sets for my wife for Christmas and she is very happy with them. The finish is excellent and they have a solid, well-made look. As someone mentioned, they may be heavier than other sets, but we think they're comfortable to use and give the impression of a quality product (if you know the tools, they remind me of a stainless steel tableware "snap-on". ) . They've done a great job with the dishwasher so far and we haven't seen any issues with the finish. We had a spoon with a manufacturing defect and contacted Oneida about it. They then referred us to their retail distribution company. We contacted the second company and they said they were not related to the Revain seller and referred us back to Oneida (with a copy of Oneida in the email). I felt like it was going nowhere. But. Much to my surprise, Oneida contacted me immediately (without me contacting them), apologizing for the inconvenience and saying they would replace the spoon with a set of four. They also sent us a few other additional details to even out the confusion. Overall we are very satisfied with our cooperation and the Oneida product.
