This is by far my cat's favorite dry food of all time. He's never begged for food before, but now he does. What I do with the raw chunks is crumble them between the different layers of food in his bowl and then crumble them on top to make it easier and tastier for him. He loves to. My cat has always been energetic so it's hard to tell if this particular food will give him more energy or not. I used to feed him sweet potatoes and he vomited a lot. He liked it, but he was sick all the time. I can honestly say he has never thrown up on this food. It's easy on his stomach. And yes, he is 100% house cat. I wanted to make sure I was feeding him good, wholesome food and it looks like I've found it.
