The curved glass concept is really great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. There is a lot of excess/poor application of silicone throughout, and the rear glass is slightly taller than the rest of the tank and doesn't match the solid curved glass. It was very difficult for me to separate the box that came with the pump from the inside of the tank. They put really strong double-sided tape on the rear and bottom windows and secured the box. I had to use a razor blade scraper to get the box out. The filter turned out to be ok, although it comes with a cartridge that doesn't do much. I used a filler cartridge as a separator and temporarily added filler to the filter until I bought another filter from a different brand, mainly because I needed a better color filter to match the light I was buying. The glass lid that comes with the aquarium has all four corners square cut so they don't match the rounded curved corners of the front glass which is really disappointing. The glass is also short and barely holds onto the side mounts. I decided to make an open tank. I went with the filter and no light option because I was planning to buy the best light for it. came out ok.
