Last year I started baking bread as a hobby, from sandwich bread to sourdough. I didn't have a bread bin and kept my freshly baked bread in plastic baskets/bags which created moisture and ruined my bread or made me eat a whole loaf in two days. I bought this bread bin because I liked the look of it and just needed a better way to store my baked bread. Since I got my new bread bin, I no longer worry about my bread getting stale. (I made a loaf of bread for sandwiches on Saturday, and the bread bin was still fresh almost a week later.) I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of bread it holds. The appearance of the product is pleasant, my wife likes how it looks in our kitchen. Finally, the price is very reasonable for the quality of the bread box you get. Wasn't it as hard to get together as I see some people say.
