Not Very Pretty Bronze
I saw Delta's bronze oil paint at a show at Home Depot. I do not want it. To me it looked black with copper jagged edges. I was really hoping that the Venetian bronze would be closer to what I consider oil rubbed bronze. It's better, but not great. Venetian bronze is more like a smooth brown with many "scratched" areas where copper shows through. I find bronze less orange than copper. I paid more because I wanted a nicer finish, but that's not the case. The quality seems normal and the design is good. Back to the drawing board I guess. My next try will be Moen's bronze finish.
