This bag is a bit bigger than I'm used to but it turned out to be perfect for my needs. Looks very nice, but is very functional. It's a little smaller than a typical daypack, but holds about the same amount. I have a larger smartphone in a sturdy case that fits perfectly in the zippered shoulder strap compartment. It was a nice feature that I didn't expect. A few days after I received the bag, the drawstring for the water bottle compartment broke. After I contacted the company, they sent me a new bag. Excellent customer service/support and would highly recommend.
