Direction button has been loosened. The remote control does not combine many of the necessary buttons. Volume/Channel/Home/Back/Menu buttons didn't work with regular Samsung Smart TV. Some of these keys can be programmed with color-coded hotkeys, but that's actually more hassle than it's worth. I'm not even sure if these buttons work in pairs. The keyboard works well and can control almost every function except volume. If you're looking for a cheap keyboard with random keys on the back, then you're in luck!
