That's what I always call "curling tape". I use it for all sorts of things because it adds a ton of Christmas decorations for a penny per use. This set came with two identical rolls of 250 yards each of tape for a total of 500 yards. That should be enough for me. This tape is exactly what I expected, it's shiny, smooth, strong and easy to work with. You can roll it tight or loose, or tie it in a bow around a gift. This isn't just useful for balloons. For wrapped gifts, I cross several layers of ribbon around the gift (for added impact as the ribbon is very thin) and then apply a fluffy bundle of twisted ribbon.
