These nursing pads absorb moisture well! I'm not a hard drinker, more of a moderate drinker. But they never felt full or wet. My only complaint is that when the nursing bra is closed, the pads contract exposing the adhesive on the back. I've had a few instances of glue sticking to my breasts while breastfeeding. It's also a strong adhesive because I felt like I was peeling off the patch when I removed it. That's why I switched to reusable nursing pads. That issue aside, the pads did what they were designed to do. I also like that all the packaging is recyclable.
