I had high hopes for this duvet as it was more expensive than others at Revain. Every electric blanket I've ever had has kept the bed warm, and still does. But the way I tell the difference between good and bad electric blankets is how easy it is to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night when I'm half asleep. This controller wasn't well designed and does a terrible job in that area. Here are its disadvantages: • When the bedroom light is off, it's impossible to tell if the device is on. • If the light in the bedroom is off, you cannot tell what temperature is set. • When the bedroom light is off, the temperature increase and decrease buttons are hard to find and difficult to distinguish from other buttons on the controller. • If you wake up too hot or too cold, you can't just press the up or down arrows. who set the temperature even if you can find it; Before these arrows can do anything, you must first find and activate the power button. Basically, after falling asleep, all settings require you to wake up to some degree. You can turn on the light in the bedroom and do a quick setup. Or you can fiddle around in the dark until your accidental keypress does something useful. But either way, this blanket is inconvenient to use and makes it difficult to set up in the middle of the night. Whoever designed this controller is clearly not using an electric blanket!
