Great keyboard, but ONLY IF IT WORKS! This is the most disappointing product I've bought in years. I bought a keyboard and it had terrible plug and play issues. It's embarrassing, to be honest, that the keyboard backlight only turns on when connected via Bluetooth. Also, the fact that the backlight turns off after just 10 seconds is crazy and defeats the whole purpose of a backlit keyboard - finding keys in the dark. In any case, I bought a second keyboard because I realized that the first one was broken. nope! The keyboard is just badly designed1. Huge lag between keystrokes and input. It takes about 1-2 seconds, and even then the keyboard will be missing a lot of keystrokes.2. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM: Terrible Terrible bluetooth connection. FIFTY TIMES A DAY I had to reset that damn keyboard and every 3 minutes I had to remove it from my Bluetooth and re-add the device. And even then, the performance was terrible. Missed keystrokes and the keyboard will also go completely blank if the key backlights are left on but unplugged. Extremely frustrating 3. BATTERY LIFE IS NOT ACCURATE on both models I have purchased. It says SIX MONTHS BATTERY. I only received FOUR DAYS on my two keyboards. That's right, with a full charge on 2 separate keyboards I charged 4 days.4. This keyboard in no way has a claimed 15-foot operating radius. For both of my keyboards, I had a range of about 3 feet before the keys stopped working. I think they can only make 1,000,000 of these a week and that's why they keep offering replacements. good company Very very bad product. I wanted to love it, I really did, so I bought 2 of these. But in reality I had to knock them both down.
