I just received two 210XL ink cartridges from LxTek. The packaging is nice and there is a postage paid plastic bag for recycling old cartridges. The box has a label with an LxTek email address, a live chat link and a phone number with opening times, opening days and time zone. Wow. You sound like a good supplier to turn to after dealing with cartridge suppliers who have multiple names, hide from their customers and don't respond when problems arise. What a new concept (NOT) that LxTek has started. I hope there won't be any issues, but LxTek seems exceptional compared to some of my past ink suppliers.
