My daughter wears a size 9.5 -10 depending on the shoe. I ordered them in size 10.5 and they were too small. Couldn't put a foot in a shoe. I also ordered their Stride Rite 10.5 and they are too big. I clipped this shoe to a Stride-Rite model and measured it with a ruler, and it's almost an inch shorter than the Stride-Rite shoes. The shoes are cute, but order at least a half or one size larger.
