Today is 3/21/19 and I received this item yesterday but it came defective so I tried to return it and received a 'non-refundable item'. How is it possible that you can't return something that is faulty and it's definitely what I paid for? Now I have to spend God knows how long trying to figure out a way with Revain to deal with it, even though Revain can't. Sell third-party products that cannot be returned if they do not work properly. ==== ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW ==== The first device I bought was a gift for someone and it was wonderful. Sticks to the fridge and everything looks very nice, so I thought about buying one for our house. Spring. It has been degaussed and will not stick to any metal. So I gave it 3 stars because it's great, but obviously the quality control isn't great as they shouldn't overlook something so obvious. Send back and order again. So I recommend buying this product but trying it out as soon as you receive it in case you also receive one that is not as magnetized as it should be. A little high price even if it's fully magnetized, but it's beautiful enough
