Not powerful enough to blow away dust

The vacuum cleaner is lightweight and very easy to use. I'm buying it to dust off my LEGO collection and books on my bookshelf. I turned the power to maximum but the dust still can't be blown away. I'm also trying to blast twilight in keyboard and desktop. It's not strong enough.
